PACKAGING & HANDLING
Sugar Station® Pty Ltd takes all precautions to ensure products are packed and handled in a sanitised manner with strict hygiene protocols for all staff.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will ship orders via Australia Post or Couriers Please. Postage is a flat fee of $15.00 for deliveries in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. Postage for Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory is $25. Australia Post will attempt to deliver Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a dated card with instructions to collect the package from the nearest post office. Upon shipment Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will provide the customer with a tracking number for each parcel sent.
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days (hot weather depending). In the event of extreme hot weather, we may delay shipping to ensure products arrive in the best possible condition. Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will contact the customer if such circumstance is likely to occur.
We cannot guarantee on time delivery. Once your order is processed you will be given a tracking number to track your product through Australia post or selected courier.
Delivery to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia can take up to 10 working days.
How does the Flat Rate Shipping work?
Sugar Station® Pty Ltd charges a Flat Rate Shipping cost for all orders up to 5kg. If you have ordered more than 5kg, Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will contact you to arrange shipping costs.
Goods lost in transit will be subject to Australia Post or courier’s terms and conditions for compensation due to loss of damage during carriage.
Please note that if courier is used, they cannot deliver to a PO box address, an alternative address must be used.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will not exchange or refund in the event that products are delivered heat affected or melted.
Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will not refund or exchange goods due to a change of mind.
While all precautions are taken by Sugar Station® Pty Ltd to keep the availability of products up to date on our online store, sometimes products sell out quickly. If this is the case Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will contact the customer to arrange a suitable replacement product or full refund.
If goods are received that are incorrect, or faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving goods so that we can rectify the problem accordingly. In most circumstances, Sugar Station® Pty Ltd will refund the cost of the goods purchased, or send replacement product at no further charge.
